Abstrakt: The article presents selected information systems and technologies supporting management and decision-making processes in logistics companies. Their importance in the correct and effective implementation of services and their impact on customer service were indicated. The article is a synthesis of previously used IT solutions in logistics companies. Individual information systems and technologies were grouped and systematized in terms of their use in specific areas of company’s activity. Particular attention was paid to those systems and IT technologies that are used in logistics companies to achieve efficient distribution of goods and improve the level of customer service. Hence, the first part of the article analyzed the application areas of selected information systems and technologies, focusing on material supply planning systems, customer service and optimization of the flow of goods in supply chains. In the second part, attention was paid to the importance and increase of common use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in the activities of logistics companies. The analyzes and research carried out allowed, first of all, to systematize knowledge in the field of IT solutions used by logistics companies and to determine their importance in individual areas of their activities. Moreover, they showed their significant impact on decision-making processes and what challenges resulting from logistics 4.0 must be met by modern enterprises.

Słowa kluczowe: autonomous shipsoffshore, wind farms
Abstrakt: The article presents the issue of autonomous ships, particularly the potential for disruption to their operation in the offshore wind farm area due to cyberattacks. The main objective of the article is to analyze the threat that may occur in an offshore wind farm complex, which includes offshore wind turbines, research, and service ships that operate offshore wind parks. The expert research that has been carried out is intended, among other things, to demonstrate the risks faced by offshore wind farms in which autonomous ships will be used. Currently, increased traffic on wind farms contributes to an increase in the number of collisions or accidents. It is particularly important to look for solutions that allow for a quick response and appropriate planning of actions to minimizes hazards, which will consequently increase the safety of offshore wind farms. Furthermore, the use of autonomous ships and autonomous surface and underwater vehicles would minimize the operating costs of offshore wind farms, which could consequently reduce the cost of electricity production.
